You might have heard this saying “a picture is worth a thousand words”, and as far as I am concerned, this is really true. Using a picture you can describe a situation for which you need to write paragraphs of sentences. But finding the right images for your blog posts or your site or even your other projects is really a tedious job if you don’t know the perfect source for good quality images.
Now an idea might have struck your mind by now that you can use stock photos for your blog posts or projects, but still there lies a conflict in that. For using stock photos you will need to spend a lot of money for each image. Well, if you have such thought in your mind, I would like to wipe that thought away from your mind right now.
In this article I am going to unveil a way by which you can use high quality stock photos without digging a large hole in your pocket. I came across this site called Depositphotos where you can get great quality stock photos for a really cheap and reasonable price, and also you can choose from a large collection of photos, so there’s hardly any chance that you will not find an image that you are looking for at Depositphotos.
Why Choose Depositphotos?
By this time as I have mentioned the name of Depositphotos as good source for stock photos and stock vector images, you might be thinking that what’s so special about Depositphotos so that you will choose it over other stock photo sources like iStockPhoto and Fotolia.
Well for that I am here to answer why you should choose Depositphotos over these other stock photo sites. The main thing which strikes our mind when choosing any image to buy for using in our posts or projects is the price at which they are available. We tend to look for images that are available in high resolutions while at the same time are cost-effective.
For this Depositphotos is the right place for you, as it offers a large collection of high quality stock photos available at a very cheap price. Before writing this article I checked the pricing for stock images at different sites like iStockPhoto, Fotolia and Depositphotos, and found out that Depositphotos offers stock images at the lowest price as compared to the other two sites.
For example, at Depositphotos you can download a stock photo of Extra Large size for as low as $6-12 depending upon the beauty of the photo and level of the photographer, whereas in Fotolia am image of same size is available at about $15 and at iStockPhoto for about $25. That clearly shows how cheap Depositphotos is than the other popular sites, and the above illustrated table shows the cheap image pricing of Depositphotos for different sizes of images along with the level of the uploader.
What Can you Get from Depositphotos?
Depositphotos offers stock photos and vectors on a wide variety of categories like Architectures, Education, People, Technology and so much more categories to choose from, so that you don’t feel like you are on a deserted island.
While writing this review I was browsing sample photos on Depositphotos, and the amazing thing was that I didn’t even noticed that I had spent hours browsing some awesome stock photos. I am going to demonstrate some of the images that can be useful for different purposes.
This above photo can be used for projects or blog posts where you will need to demonstrate a technology which connect people worldwide or services that are available worldwide.
Suppose you are an architect and want to demonstrate your work or want to place a starting image in your portfolio that describes your work, then this image will surely help you out.
For a case where you are talking about growth that reaches the sky, then this is a perfect photo to describe your thoughts to your readers.
These were some photos along with their respective applications for you, but there are more, and some of them are given below.
Depositphotos = Perfect Choice for Bloggers: Why?
Depositphotos offers a unique program for bloggers where the site gives away free subscriptions to their service to bloggers provided that they write a good article about them and submit to them for approval.
For example, if you write a good article about Depositphotos in your blog and submit that article to them for review, and if your article gets approved by them for a subscription then you can daily download stock photos from their site and use the photos in your blog posts which will enrich your blog posts.
I personally think that this is a great opportunity for every blogger, as most of the bloggers are not willing to spend money on stock photos for their blog posts, and this will help them get free stock photos for their blog posts, if they clear their requirements for a free subscription. You should check their page, whose link is given above for more details.
I think now it’s time to conclude this article as I have spoken a lot about Depositphotos and I think that you might have got an idea about Depositphotos and might consider it as good solution for your stock photos need, still if you need more information from them, then you can check Depositphotos’ official blog. But I would love to hear about your thoughts on Depositphotos, so please go ahead and leave your comments below.

I was actually just looking at websites that offer stock photos but I was turned off by the prices of subscriptions and credits. Depositphotos looks promising and competitive. Thanks for the share Rahul!
Yes Depositphotos is really very much cheaper than the other stock photos sites out there, I recommend it to everyone.
Good review on DepositPhotos but anyone just started blogging doesn’t have much money to spend on premium stock photos. Also, finding free stock photo is a great time waster. I also had same problem. That’s why I’ve created my own tool to find free stock photos from multiple free stock photo sites which save my time. I uploaded this free tool on my blog. You can find it here http://www.bloggingsmart.com/free-image-finder/.
I also appreciate any review on it.
